Spacious & Spread over 14000 sq. ft area, robust manufacturing facilities with state of art machines.
- We have two sheet molding press that can manufacture Glass Epoxy and Glass Polyester laminates. The press is of multipurpose use and we also have mold and hand molded component making facility as per the design of the customers.
- Our machinery equipment also includes pultrusion machine in which we can produce sections- rods, tubes in different shapes like square, round, “L” angle and “U” profile channel and many different shapes and sizes.
- Polycarbonate, ABS, PVC, PP sheets special purpose bending machine & Forming Machine on which we bend all thermo-plast components as per the design of the customer.
- We manufacture tubes on Filament Winding Machine. We can produce components of 3.5meters long with Dia-10 to Dia- 500mm in various thicknesses with different shapes and sizes.
- Also we manufacture APG processed components in variety as per standards. We have manufactured various types of Bushing, Surge Arrester, Drain Coil, Support Insulators, and Cable Bushings for RMU and many more…
We have conventional machining facilities such as :
- Three cutting machine for accurate cutting of laminates out of these, one machine is of Felder make, in which all linear dimensions as well as angular can be cut & because of its technology of scoring blades the chip-off occurrence is zero.
- We have Radial drilling machine, Jig boring facilities is also available on our machines. We have some specialized machines for fixing the Hellicoils & Inserts.
- We also have Lathe machine with various length sizes & Milling machine with DRO facility for accurate machining.
- We have 3 VMC Machines. These machine installed is of size 4 x 8 feet in X & Y axis & Z axis is 100 mm, it can machine all composites like Bakelite, Glass Epoxy, Glass Polyester, Nylon, Polycarbonate, PP, PVC etc & along can machine MS, Copper, Aluminum with very high speed & in 0.01mm accuracy. The machine has its own controller but many software drawings can be converted into the programme.
- We have 1 Hass make machine VMC Machine with American Make; operation wise it can perform on X axis up to 3000mm: Y axis 1500mm: Z axis 280mm. It can machine the product with critical design. Apart from that, Copper, Aluminum & Steel also can be machined.3D components with high accuracy are also fabricated.
- We also manufacture carbon components like plates, tubes & different types of profile mainly used in defense application drones, robots & medical equipment’s.
Testing Facility
We have Inhouse testing facilities such as UTM, HV, PD, TG, Surface resistivity, Volume resistivity, X-Ray. We conduct TYPE tests on various properties regularly at reputed test houses like ERDA, CIPET to prove the consistency of our products to our valuable clients.
