An ISO 9001 certified company is the leading manufacturer of Electrical Insulation Components for Electric Panels, Switchgear Accessories, RMU/GIS Components, APG Casting etc. in India. We provide holistic solutions and customer support right from designing, tooling, manufacturing, testing and on-going product analysis i.e right from prototype to final product. Significant experience, robust systems and technology and stringent quality control help facilitate to offer products catering to the requirements of our customers.

Mr. Pradeep Pingale, Founder & Managing Director of M/s. OM INSUTECH COMPOSITES LLP Erstwhile OM ENTERPRISES was conceptual in starting the art of technology unit for Electrical Insulation & Switchgear in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. In 1995, company started with paper laminates and added various product range under one roof in the Insulation space. The company has 360 degree approach under his leadership & guidance to meet the Customer requirements.

From a small beginning of dealing only with Paper Laminates, the company later on identified that products based on Glass Epoxy laminates and FRP/ Glass Polyester have good market potential and growth. Therefore, it has diversified in to composites made of glass fabric / epoxy/ unsaturated polyester resins/ filament winding components/ pultrusion components, APG casting products and latest with carbon fibre products.

We manufactures various components made out of the following raw materials:-

Paper phenolic laminates—P1, P2, P3, OLTC grades
Cotton Fabric Phenolic based laminates F1,F2 and F3,FR2 Grades
Paper Phenolic Special Grade – P607 ( Developed by OM Enterprises)
FR Grade Glass Polyester laminates -UP1/GPO2 and UP2/GPO3/UP GM 203 Grades
Glass fabric/Epoxy laminates- FR4, G10grades
Glass epoxy laminates-FR5 /G 11 grades

The laminates used adhere to IS, Gatex and NEMA Specifications. Besides sourcing the above Paper Phenolic laminates from reputed laminate manufacturers, there is in house facility of hydraulic press used to manufacture our own UP1/GPO2, UP2/GPO3/UP GM 203, FR4/ G10, and G11, Carbon Fibre Laminates.
